Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We use YunExpress as our primary carrier to deliver orders to customers in the United States and Europe. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Time & Carrier
After processing, delivery typically takes an additional 7–12 business days.
Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 10–17 business days.
We ship via YunExpress. Final delivery in the destination country may be completed by a local postal service (e.g., USPS in the US, national post offices in Europe).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen events.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We have no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs delays may extend delivery time; such delays are beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Track your package using the YunExpress tracking system or the local carrier’s website.
5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at snfulfill@gmail.com. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges will apply.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at snfulfill@gmail.com.
We will work with YunExpress to file a claim and resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or refund.
For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not liable for theft after delivery.
7. International Shipping Notes
We currently ship to the United States and most European countries (including EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.). If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.
Some remote areas may require extra delivery time or may not be served by our carriers. We will notify you if your address falls into such a zone.
8. Holiday & Exceptional Delays
During holiday seasons or unexpected events (e.g., strikes, pandemics, extreme weather), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
