Refund & Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing from our automotive parts store. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Coverage (12 Months)
All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty materials, workmanship issues, premature failure under normal use).
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, modification, accident, misuse, or neglect.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., gaskets, filters, bulbs, or consumable parts).
Damage from racing, off-road use, or commercial applications unless explicitly stated.
Issues arising from incompatibility with your vehicle – please verify fitment before purchase.
If a defect occurs within 12 months, contact us at snfulfill@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
2. Exchange Policy (Within 1 Month)
You may request an exchange within 30 days (1 month) from the delivery date.
Eligible exchanges include:
Wrong item shipped by us.
Product arrived damaged or defective (covered under warranty as well).
You ordered the wrong part (subject to conditions below).
To exchange an item, please contact us at snfulfill@gmail.com within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
For wrong-part orders caused by customer error: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your own shipping cost. A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
3. Return Policy (Non-Warranty / Change of Mind)
We accept returns for non-defective, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
The item must be in original condition and packaging (no scratches, installation marks, or missing parts).
You must provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund for returned items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for:
Electrical parts, fluids, gaskets, or any product that has been installed or used.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
Custom-made or special-order parts.
4. Return Address
Send all returns (whether for exchange, warranty claim, or refund) to:

Please include your order number and a note indicating whether it is for return, exchange, or warranty.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
Contact us at snfulfill@gmail.com within the applicable time frame.
Provide your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange/warranty, and clear photos/videos if damage or defect.
We will reply within 2 business days with instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship to the address above. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will also refund your original shipping cost and cover return shipping (or send a prepaid label).
For customer-error returns (change of mind, wrong part ordered), original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
7. Exchange Processing
For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product. Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchange is not due to our error.
If you need a replacement urgently, we may suggest placing a new order and refunding the returned item separately.
